GARNETT — Retail sales improved in Anderson County in February. The Anderson County Review reports although February sales were lower than the same time last year, retail sales showed an improvement compared to previous months. There’s also been an improvement in jobs in the county. The uptick would appear to reflect at least partially national statistics that show retail sales improving along with job growth.
