OTTAWA–The ultimate outcome didn’t change, but all candidates in the Pomona City Council election gained a few extra votes as the result of a canvass at the Franklin County Clerk’s Office. Here are the final results: Richard Adler, 142 votes–previous 139; Walter Cunningham 37,–previous 36; Rex Hancock 55,–previous 54; Don Lockaby 123,–previous 121; Jerry Slavens 65,–previous 63; Rick Smith 157, previous 154. Mary Whitaker 76,–previous 75. The top 3 winners are Richard Adler, Don Lockaby and Rick Smith.
