OTTAWA — The winners of the city’s Arbor Day poster contest for fifth graders are Janelle Sharp of Eisenhower Elementary School, Alyssa Taylor of Eugene Field, Emily Fish of Garfield, Dawson Blanco of Lincoln, Ambriel Hiner of Sacred Heart and Kaitlyn Thompson of Calvary Baptist Academy. Dawson Blanco won the state contest and will represent the state at a national Arbor Day contest.
