GARNETT — Two juveniles accused of breaking into Holy Angels Catholic Church and damaging property and stealing sacred items in February will be back in court later this month. One has pleaded guilty. The Anderson County Review reports Derrik States, 17, Garnett, pleaded guilty to burglary of a building not used as a dwelling as part a plea agreement. He will be adjudicated April 27. R obert States, 16, Garnett, faces charges of burglary, felony theft, felony criminal damage to property and felony criminal desecration. A court hearing will be April 27.
