LAWRENCE — The Kansas University Theatre and the school of music will stage Cole Porter’s hit musical “Anything Goes.” Performances will be April 23-25 and April 29-May 1 at the Crafton-Preyer Theatre in Murphy Hall. KU music education student Dennis Crowl, Ottawa, is in the cast. “Anything goes” is a lively, romantic musical set on a luxurious ocean liner heading for England and carrying an unusual group of passengers. The slapstick musical game of love gone off the deep includes such classic hits as “I Get a Kick Out of You,” “It’s De-Lovely,” “All Through the Night,” and “Anything Goes.” Reserved seat tickets are on sale at University Theatre, the Lied Center or on-line at www.kutheatre.com. Tickets are $20 for the public, $10 for students and $19 for senior citizens and KU faculty and staff.
