OTTAWA — Ottawa police dealt with two separate shoplifting incidents Monday. Police arrested Linda Hollon, 59, Lane, in connection with a shoplifting at Ottawa Country Mart Monday morning. Police said they also found methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia and false identification. She was jailed in connection with those as well. Samantha Partnoy, 24, Ottawa, was arrested Monday afternoon of suspicion of theft and battery. Police said she was arrested in connection with a shoplifting at Wal-Mart and battery on one of the employees.
