OTTAWA — Work has started on a new Love’s Travel Center southeast of the I-35 and U.S. 59 junction. City manager Richard Nienstedt said the company wants to be completed by September. Although it’s an aggressive schedule, Nienstedt said he believes the company’s contractor will meet it. The work being done at the site is city work – water, sewer and electric service.
