OTTAWA — Two bicycles were stolen from yards Wednesday. Police said one bicycle was stolen from the 900 block of South Cypress. That bicycle was stolen at about the same time and same area as an arsonist set fires to two vehicles and a house early Wednesday morning. Another bicycle was taken Wednesday afternoon in the 1500 block of South Poplar Street.
