OTTAWA — The Ottawa Police Department said Wednesday morning’s house fire and burglary is one of three arson fires that occurred about the same time. The early morning fire at a house in the 700 block of South Cypress has been under investigation. Police Lt. Adam Weingartner said someone broke into the house before the fire. Shortly before that fire, someone set fires inside two parked and unlocked vehicles in the 900 block of South Cypress, Weingartner said. Ottawa police detectives and arson investigators with the
