OTTAWA — Craig Luckert of Ottawa recently completed U.S. Navy basic
training at Great Lakes, Ill. During the eight-week program, Luckert learned about naval customs, first aid, firefighting, water safety and survival, and shipboard and aircraft safety. He graduated from Ottawa High School in 2005.
