GARNETT–Will Kansas still be known for growing wheat? That could be in question. Rex Lizer is a farmer in Anderson County and also sells crop insurance. He says wheat has not worked for many Kansas farmers..and many of them have phased wheat out of their operations, going instead for corn and soybeans.
