Mark Parkinson and Attorney General Steve Six will host the 13th annual crime victims’ rights conference Wednesday and Thursday at the Capitol Plaza Hotel and Convention Center in Topeka. Six said the conference brings together criminal justice professionals and victim rights advocates and volunteers. Parkinson will sign House Bill 2517 during the conference.
