OTTAWA — Who will be Ottawa’s next mayor is a question that won’t be settled until tonight’s city commission meeting. If commissioners follow their custom, Ottawa University student Sara Humm would be picked as mayor, which is largely a ceremonial position. However, some commissioners have expressed concern about her youth. Normally, today’s meeting would be this morning but because it’s a reorganization meeting, the meeting will be in the evening. The meeting is at 7 at city hall.
