OTTAWA — Are you tired of thumbing through all those magazines in the Ransom Memorial Hospital waiting rooms? Hospital CEO larry felix will soon have a way to relief the tedium. The hospital plans to install electronic billboards on flat-screen TV in the waiting rooms in about two months, he said. The billboards will offer information on RMH programs and services, he said.
