OTTAWA — Dan Stepp has been reappointed to the Ottawa Recreation Commission. Stepp was appointed to the ORC in November 2008 to finish an unexpired term. He was reappointed to the ORC’s at-large position for a four-year following a special ORC meeting Wednesday night.
