OTTAWA — City commissioners decided Monday that they’ll vote on two rezoning request at their May 5 meeting. One request would continue a conditional-use permit that allows 602 S. Maple to be used as a medical office. Dr. Mike Oliver made the request. The other would change the zoning category at the southeast corner of U.S. 59 and Kingman Road to allow a used-car lot. Property owner Ted Fogle requested the zoning change. Although Fogle’s property isn’t in the city, it is in a special development zone that allows the city to regulate growth outside of the city limits.
