OTTAWA — Retired teacher Melvin Bauck has been named to the Ottawa Library board. He lives and volunteers in Ottawa but while he lived in Garnett, he was a member of the Garnett Library board. Ottawa city commissioners interviewed candidates for the position Monday afternoon.
