OTTAWA — A court hearing for a 72-year-old Ottawa man accused of indecent liberties has been postponed to May 10 in Franklin County District court. It’s the fourth postponement for Maurice Wiederholt, who has been charged with aggravated indecent liberties with a minor, electronic solicitation and aggravated intimidation of a witness. The case involves an 11-year-old girl. Wiederholt is free on bond.
