OTTAWA — That periennal favorite, the Ottawa Farmers Market begins this Saturday morning at 8. Manager Freone Hollinger will be there, with bell in hand. Most items will be early-season items but will change as the growing season progresses, she said. Among the new things this year — the Kansas Senior Farmers Market Nutrition coupons will be accepted, and a line of home-brewed barbeque sauce, she said. The Farmers Market will be Saturday mornings and Wednesday afternoons at the east side of the Orscheln’s parking lot through the end of October.
