OTTAWA — An Ottawa business owner and the former Ottawa Main Street director said she will challenge Franklin County Commissioner Sue Farrell. A Republican, Katy Booth is collecting enough signatures to put her on the ballot. She said she has wanted to run for the commission but the Main Street board discouraged her from running and she said she chose to resign. She said she’ll work to improve the county.
