OTTAWA–If you have business at the Franklin County District Court in Ottawa tomorrow…you’re in luck this time. This is one of the Fridays that Kansas courts are actually open. Courts have been closed for the last 3 Fridays because of budget problems. However, there’s one more Friday to go…all Kansas courts will be closed Friday, May 7.
