TOPEKA–Kris Kobach is running for Kansas Secretary of State…but that’s not the only thing he’s running. It turns out Kobach helped write Arizona’s new immigration law, which says anyone not in the state legally can be arrested. Kobach also has been helping to train an Arizona Sheriff’s Department on how to arrest suspected illegal immigrants.
