OVERBROOK–There have been more starving horses seized in Osage County. The Sheriff’s Office received a report of neglected animals on a farm about 3 miles west of Overbrook. A Deputy checked, and found 8 horses and miniature horses and one dog living in poor conditions. A Veterinarian was called in to examine the animals, and confirmed they were in poor condition. They were taken to 3 different rescue facilities.
