GARNETT — A 36-year-old Delphos man will be in Anderson County District Court Tuesday morning on a charge of attempted kidnapping. Kelly Thompson is accused of trying to kidnap a 16-year-old Garnett girl on the Prairie Spirit Trail in Garnett. Thompson is in Anderson County Jail.
