OTTAWA — Ten parked vehicles were vandalized and three more were burglarized in Ottawa either Saturday night or early Sunday morning. Police said the vandals smashed windows and cut tires. Vehicles were vandalized in the 200 block of West Sixth, the 400 block of East Fifth, the 400 block of West Ninth, 400 block of West 10th, 700 block of South Locust, 700 block of Ash, 800 block of South Cedar, 800 block of South Willow, and the 900 block of Haines Drive. An unlocked vehicle parked the 800 block of South Elm was damaged and items were stolen from it. Unlocked vehicles parked in the 400 block of East Fifth and in the 500 block of South Hickory were also burglarized. Police said there were no immediate leads.
