OTTAWA — A 72-year-old Ottawa man has pleaded guilty to six counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a minor. Maurice Wiederholt switched his plea Monday afternoon in Franklin County District Court. The case involves an 11-year-old girl. Sentencing is July 12. Wiederholt’s attorney is seeking a departure from the state sentencing grid.
