OTTAWA — Maybe she should have stopped while she was ahead. 28-year-old Danielle Jarvis of Ottawa was arrested on suspicion of theft Monday morning after the city found an illegal electrical hookup at a residence in the 1100 block of North Oak. Police said she was later pulled over late Monday night at Davis and Sand Creek roads and cited for driving on a suspended license. Police said an officer also found brass knuckles on her and she was arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a weapon.
