OTTAWA — One-hundred-fifty students will receive associates of arts degrees from the Ottawa campus of Neosho County Community College this year. The Neosho County commencement will be Friday night at 7 at the main campus in Chanute. College officials said a fair number of the Ottawa students choose to attend the ceremony in Chanute and this year is no exception.
