OTTAWA — Ottawa schools won’t raise activity, lunch and other fees next year. Supt. Dean Katt said that because he’s not expecting more cuts in state school aid for next school year, he recommended to the school board that the fees stay the same for next year. The school lunch program is holding its own and other fees could be kept at the same price, he said.
