TOPEKA–Maybe the potholes you’ve been seeing on the roads won’t stay there after all. That’s the hope now that the Kansas Legislature has passed a bill called “T-WORKS” which calls for spending billions of dollars on road maintenance over the next 10 years. The Kansas Department of Transportation says every county in Kansas will get a minimum of $8,000,000 in road work. K-DOT says without the bill, 20 years of investments in Kansas road maintenance would’ve been wasted.
