PAOLA — The works of long-time Paola artist Barbara Cleary were featured at three galleries in Saturday’s Paola Art Crawl. Cleary is the first artist to be exclusively featured by the Art Crawl. She died earlier this year. Cleary was known for her mostly impressionist and expressionist landscapes and still lifes, and for her out-sized used of colors. D’Marie Gallery and Expresso Bar will present a retrospective of her works through June 15. One-fourth of proceeds from sale of her works will go to the Paola High School art department.
