BALDWIN–A Baldwin man is charged with several drug charges following a traffic stop in Douglas County. 29 year old Joshua Gammill is charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Stolen Property and Driving With a Suspended License. Gammill was arrested after he was stopped on U.S. 59…officers from the Lawrence Police Department and Douglas County Sheriff’s Department were on the scene for several hours. Gammill’s next court appearance is May 27.
