OTTAWA — Vandals damaged a window at WKT Communications in the 200 block of North Main Street Monday. Ottawa police say there have been a series of business windows damaged along high-traffic streets over the last several months. Franklin County Crime Stoppers says if you know something about these vandalisms or any crime committed in Franklin County, you should call Crime Stoppers at 1-888-311-TIPS. Callers can receive a reward and remain anonymous.
