OTTAWA — A 34-year-old Ottawa man was arrested by Franklin County deputies on a Jefferson County warrant Monday afternoon. James Self Jr. is wanted by Jefferson County for 10 counts of aggravated criminal sodomy and 10 counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child. He is being held on $25,000 bond.
