OTTAWA — Ottawa police said another parked, unlocked vehicle was burglarized. The theft occurred in 600 block of South Elm Street Monday. That’s not the only burglary that occurred. The Ottawa police said burglars entered trailers in the 100 block of North Cedar Street and stole several items sometime before Monday morning.
