OTTAWA — Blue Sky Liquor could move to the northwest corner of 17th and Mmain. Assistant city planner Tom Yahl told the Ottawa Planning Commission Wednesday that the proposal is still in the beginning stages. The owners, Kirby and Angie Snider, decided to check with the planners first before hiring an engineering consultant, Yahl said. They’re planning a new building about 3,000 square feet with parking and a drive-through window, he said. Planners expressed no objections to the Sniders’ plan.
