OTTAWA — Franklin cCounty commissioners unanimously approved a paving project for the parking lot at the county annex Wednesday. County administrator Lisa Johnson said the lot is deteriorating and needs to be redone. The project will be paid by rent money the county collects from the annex tenants, she said. The project will be done in two phases.
