BALDWIN–State Representative Tony Brown of Baldwin has filed for re-election to the Kansas House of Representatives. Brown, a Democrat, represents the 10th District, which covers Baldwin, Wellsville, North Ottawa and South Lawrence. Brown was first elected in 2008, and before that he was a professor at Baker University and a member of the Baldwin City Council. Brown said he wants to be a voice for public school teachers and students, persons with disabilities and Kansas Seniors.
