SAN DIEGO — A sailor from Wellsville has new port. Navy petty officer Lee Yroxel serves aboard the aircraft carrier Carl Vinson. The Vinson has changed its homeport to San Diego. While sailing from its former port in Newport News, Va. to San Diego, the Vinson took part in training with South American navies. Troxel is a 2004 graduate of Wellsville High School.
