PEORIA — Franklin County deputies investigated a report near Peoria Saturday and turned it over to the county attorney’s office. Deputies said a 59-year-old Colorado man complained his 56-year-old sister threw a glass of water in his face while he was mowing her lawn in the 3300 block of Tennessee Road.
