TOPEKA — A 26-year-old Osage City man been released from custody pending trial on federal child pornography charges. Jason Croucher appeared in U.S. District Court in Topeka Friday, when a judge ordered his release. Croucher is charged with two counts of receiving or distributing child pornography and one count of possessing child pornography occurring nearly a year ago in Osage County.
