TOPEKA — Kansas has been named one of the nation’s 10 most competitive states for building new industries by last month’s issue of “Site Selection” magazine, a leading publication for site location consultants. Kansas commerce secretary Bill Thornton said it’s the second consecutive year Kansas has made the top 10.
