OVERLAND PARK – Gubernatorial candidate Tom Holland has picked Wyandotte County state senator Kelly Kultala as his running mate. Holland said she has a consistent record of bipartisanship and a commitment to creating jobs, protecting schools and caring for the elderly. Kultala is a former commissioner of the Unified Government of Wyandotte County/Kansas City and a former Piper school district board member. She has been in the senate two years.
