OVERLAND PARK — The Overland Park Police Department issued an appeal today for help in finding 16-year-old Jordan McKenzie Stuart. She is 5 feet, 5 inches tall, weighs 120 pounds and has blue eyes and brown hair. She was seen last week in the company of her step-father, 39-year-old Patrick Neal Porter. He is 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighs 210 pounds. The U.S. Attorney office also announced today that Porter has been charged with one count of possessing child pornography and one count of attempting to coerce a minor to have sex with him. He was last seen driving a white 2003 Ford Expedition with a Kansas University specialty license plate 19450. If you have any information on the whereabouts of Porter and Stuart, call Capt.
