OTTAWA — Norman Wooge of rural Ottawa has filed for the 5th District of the Franklin County Commission. He will challenge Commissioner Don Stottlemire for the Republican nomination. The winner would face Terry Johnson, Democrat and Rantoul City Council member, in November. Wooge challenged Stottlemire four years ago. The deadline to file for county commission races is noon Thursday.
