TOPEKA — State Treasurer Dennis McKinney has filed for another term. McKinney made the first stop of his statewide tour at the recently rebuilt city hall in his hometown of Greensburg. A Democrat and a former legislator, McKinney was appointed to the position after Republican Lynn Jenkins was elected to Congress.
