OVERLAND PARK — The Overland Park Police Department said a missing Overland Park teenager has been found with her stepfather in San Diego, Calif. Police issued an alert Wednesday for 16-year-old Jordan McKenzie Stuart after she disappeared with her stepfather Patrick Neal Porter. At about the same time Wednesday, the U.S. Attorney’s office announced that Porter had been charged with one count of possessing child pornography and one count of attempting to coerce a minor to have sex with him.
