LAWRENCE–The man killed after falling from the Oread Hotel in Lawrence has been identified as 25 year old Brandon Sims of Lawrence. Lawrence Police says Sims’ body was discovered about 7:15 Tuesday morning on a second floor balcony of the hotel at the east edge of the K-U campus. Police say it appears he fell from an upper story, but continue to investigate the case.
