GARNETT — The Anderson County Review reported that at least two survivors of a fatal crash near New Strawn remain hospitalized and are listed in stable condition. A little over a week ago, a Dodge SUV driven by Jonathan Kilpatrick, 22, Kincaid, slammed into the back end of a dump truck stopped on U.S. 75. Three people in Kilpatrick’s vehicle were killed. Kilpatrick and a passenger, Kayla Devoe, 27, Kincaid, were in stable condition at KU Medical Center. Other passengers, 1-year-old Skylar Kilpatrick and 2-year-old Megan Kilpatrick were taken to Children’s Mercy Hospital, but hospital officials didn’t comment on their conditions.
