OTTAWA — Ottawa police are investigating an incident occurring Friday afternoon in the 800 block of South Hickory in which a 22-year-old Ottawa man threw a knife and it contacted a 12-year-old child, causing an injury. The extent of the injury wasn’t immediately known.
